Sarah de Chair

Sarah de Chair has a background in organising and running events and was the Show Manager at the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association for twelve years, prior to that was helping to run Andrew Cuthbert Country Fairs all over the UK. She has been involved in Norfolk Food & Drink for ten years running the Battle of the Bangers and has been Chairman of the Board for the past three years.

Tim Bishop

Tim Bishop is the Chief Executive of the Forum Trust, the charity which runs the landmark Forum building in Norwich city centre. The Forum hosts a wide range of hugely successful food and food industry related events. Tim’s main background is journalism including working for both the BBC and the EDP.

Clarke Willis

Clarke Willis is the group chief executive of Anglia Farmers Group, the Norfolk based £250m agricultural purchasing co-operative with 3,500 members. It is one of the leading co-operatives linking supply chains from raw materials to retailer. In addition to Anglia Farmers Limited, the group companies are AF Affinity, AF Biomass and AF Finance.

Born in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, Clarke graduated in agricultural marketing at Harper Adams. His career has seen him in a number of senior roles within the agricultural industry.

In addition to his role at Anglia Farmers Clarke is a director of Norfolk FWAG and Norfolk Food & Drink Limited. He is a member of the Eastern Region Farming and Agriculture Board (FAB).

Vanessa Scott

Vanessa Scott is a director of the boutique hotel Strattons in Swaffham in the Norfolk Brecks. Vanessa heads up the food operation, which has won considerable plaudits for both quality and her policy of sustainably sourcing ingredients. In 2011 she spearheaded the first annual Brecks Food Festival, which won an Action for Market Towns award. She is a regular culinary contributor to Radio Norfolk’s Garden.

Pete Waters

Pete Waters has managed Visit Norfolk since November 2012, responsible for raising the profile of Norfolk as a visitor destination as well as delivering tourism marketing and promotional activity for the county. He is also executive director of Visit East Anglia, which manages contracts with Visit Suffolk, Visit North Norfolk, Norfolk Tourist Attractions Association and Abellio Greater Anglia.

Born and raised in Norfolk, Pete is a former editor of the Eastern Daily Press and magazine publisher in the Cotswolds, Home Counties and London.
