Makes approximately 10 scones.
1lb Self-Raising Flour 2oz Sugar
4oz Margarine 1 Egg
½lb Sultanas 200ml Milk
Rub the margarine into the flour. Stir in the sultanas and add the eggs and milk. Stir the mixture gently until it forms a dough. Cut the dough into scone shapes and brush each one with a little milk for extra colour. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 200C, Gas Mark 6.
