Makes approximately 10 scones.
1lb Self-Raising Flour 1 Egg
5oz 70% White Chocolate Milk
4oz Margarine 5oz White Chocolate 70% Coco Drops (or rough pieces)
2oz Sugar 5oz Sour Cherries
Mix all the dry ingredients together. Add the egg and the milk and mix into a soft dough. Roll the mixture out on a floured board to about ¾ of an inch thick and then cut into rounds with a cutter. Glaze with egg or milk and then bake at 200C for 15 to 20 minutes.
